# The Trading with the Enemy (Custodian) (No. 3) Order 1951, Article 3


The said Custodian shall have power to apply under Section 74 of the Patents Act, 1949 for the registration of his title to any of the Letters Patent or interests vested in him by Article 1 of this Order.
