  "text": "Regulation 6 of the Defence (Trading with the Enemy) Regulations, 1940, continued the Custodian of Enemy Property and Board of Trade control over the property in the United Kingdom of persons resident in a territory such as Indonesia, which has ceased to be in the occupation of the enemy.\nThe effect of the present Order is to remove this particular control from the money and property of persons resident in and carrying on business in Indonesia.",
