# The Trading with the Enemy (Revocation) Order 2011, Introduction: Introductory text


Trading With The Enemy
Made 5th December 2011
Coming into force 15th December 2011
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 5, 7 and 15(5) of the Trading with the Enemy Act 1939 and section 2 and Schedule 2 to the Emergency Laws (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1953, now vested in him.
