Instruments providing for certain named territories to cease to be treated as enemy territory for the purposes of the 1939 Act.
- c)
Instruments authorising trade with certain territories notwithstanding section 1 of the 1939 Act.
A full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.
