  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (2), nothing in this Order shall affect the appointment of the traffic commissioner or a deputy traffic commissioner for any of the 8 traffic areas that remain in existence after reorganisation date.\n(2) The Traffic Commissioner for the South-Eastern Traffic Area shall on and after reorganisation date be known as the Traffic Commissioner for the South-Eastern and Metropolitan Traffic Area.",
