# Traffic Management Act 2004, Section 96: Wales


References in Schedule 1 to the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/672) to—
(a) the Highways Act 1980 (c. 66),
(b) the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (c. 27), and
(c) the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (c. 22),
are to be treated as references to those Acts as amended by this Act.
