Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

• “the Kent County Council Permit Scheme” means the permit scheme set out in the Schedule to this Order and which was prepared and submitted to the Secretary of State by Kent County Council and approved by the Secretary of State on 30^th July 2009; and

• “specified streets” has the meaning given by regulation 8 of the Traffic Management Permit Scheme (England) Regulations 2007^f1.
