# The Traffic Management (Kent County Council) Permit Scheme Order 2009, Article 4: Application of Part 8 of The Traffic Management Permit Scheme (England) Regulations 2007


Part 8 of the Traffic Management Permit Scheme (England) Regulations 2007 shall apply to the specified streets within the Kent County Council Permit Scheme.
