  "text": "(1) The Department may prepare a map for the purposes of any—\n(a) traffic regulation order;\n(b) parking place order; or\n(c) extinguishment order.\n(2) The Department shall ensure that any map to which reference is made by a traffic regulation order, a parking place order or an extinguishment order is—\n(a) available for inspection by the public; and\n(b) preserved for record purposes.\n(3) In this Article—\n“extinguishment order” means—\n(a)an order made, or which the Department proposes to make, under Article 100(1) of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 (NI 11);\n(b)any provision having effect as if so made;\n“map” includes a map in electronic form;\n“parking place order” means—\n(a)an order made, or which the Department proposes to make, under Article 10(4) or 15(1) of the 1997 Order;\n(b)any provision having effect as if so made;\n“traffic regulation order” means—\n(a)an order made, or which the Department proposes to make, under Article 4 of the 1997 Order;\n(b)any prohibition or restriction having effect, or which the Department intends to impose, under Part III of the 1997 Order;\n(c)such other provisions of a similar nature as the Department considers appropriate.",
