Following amendments to the Traffic Management Act 2004 (“the 2004 Act”) by the Deregulation Act 2015, this instrument makes consequential amendments to the 2007 Regulations. These amendments can be found in Regulations 4,5,6,7,11 and 13. The instrument also makes other amendments to the 2007 Regulations.",
