  "text": "In regulation 10—\n(a) in paragraph (2), for “under that paragraph include” substitute “are those”; and\n(b) after paragraph (5) insert—\n“(6) Where a condition is to be specified in a permit the Permit Authority shall use the wording and numbering for that type of condition set out in the Guidance.”.",
