  "long_title": "These Regulations amend the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002. Regulation 2(2) and the Schedule insert new diagrams, to indicate quiet lanes in England, into Schedule 4 (miscellaneous informatory signs) to those Regulations. Quiet lanes may be designated by local traffic authorities in England in accordance with the Quiet Lanes and Homes Zones (England) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/2082). Regulation 2(3) makes a consequential amendment to Schedule 17 (illumination of signs).",
