  "text": "ROAD TRAFFIC\nMade 26th July 2006\nLaid before Parliament 31st July 2006\nComing into force 21st August 2006\nThe Secretary of State for Transport makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 64(1), (2) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.\nIn accordance with section 134(2) of that Act he has consulted with such representative organisations as he thought fit.",
