Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order —

• “the 1971 Act” means the Town and Country Planning Act 1971^f1;

• “the 1980 Act” means the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980;

• “the development area” means the area of land designated as an urban development area by the Trafford Park Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 1986^f2;

• “the development corporation” means the Trafford Park Development Corporation.
