Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

• “the 1899 Order” means the West Manchester Light Railways Order 1899^f1;

• “the railway” means the various lengths of railway authorised by the West Manchester Light Railways Order 1899 to 1906 made under the Light Railways Act 1896^f2, the Trafford Park Act 1904^f3, the Trafford Park Act 1922^f4 and the Trafford Park Railway Order 1995^f5, operated for the carriage of goods and forming the Trafford Park railway network.
