  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order is supplemental to the West Manchester Light Railways Orders 1899 to 1906, the Trafford Park Acts 1904 to 1922 and the Trafford Park Railway Order 1995.\nThe purpose of the Order is to increase the maximum permitted axle weight of any engine, carriage or truck using the Trafford Park Railway from 16 ton (16.26 tonnes) to 25 tonnes.\nCopies of this Order are available for inspection free of charge, Mondays to Fridays, between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. at the following offices:\nTrafford Park Company, Neil House, Twining Road, Ashburton, Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1AT.\nTrafford Metropolitan Borough Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0YX.",
