  "text": "Road Traffic\nMade 14th September 2021\nLaid before Parliament 20th September 2021\nComing into force 1st November 2021\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 13(1) and (2), 14(1), 15(3) and (4), 17(1), 22(1) and 25(1) of the Haulage Permits and Trailer Registration Act 2018.\nIn accordance with section 23(1) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted such persons as the Secretary of State thought fit before making these Regulations.",
