# The Train Driving Licences and Certificates Regulations 2010, Paragraph: 4. MINIMUM DATA CONTAINED IN REGISTERS OF TRAIN DRIVING LICENCES AND TRAIN DRIVING CERTIFICATES


The minimum data is as follows—
(a) Data relating to the licence—
All data appearing on the licence plus data relating to the checking requirements set out in regulations 8 and 13.
(b) Data relating to the certificate—
All data appearing on the certificate plus data relating to the checking requirements set out in regulations 9 and 15.
