# Training Commission (Incidental and Transitional Provisions) Order 1988, Article 3: Transfer of property etc. to the Secretary of State


There shall be transferred to the Secretary of State all property (other than land or any interest in land) held by the Commission on the commencement of this Order in connection with the carrying out by the Commission of any of the revoked functions.
