Article 4 Transfer of property etc. to the Secretary of State

There shall be transferred to the Secretary of State all rights and liabilities to which the Commission is entitled or subject (other than any to which it is entitled or subject in connection with an interest in land):—

(a)

in connection with any property transferred by virtue of Article 3; or

(b)

in connection with the carrying out by the Commission of any of the revoked functions.
