Article 3 Interpretation

In this Order “Business Plan” and “Transition Plan” mean any document called by either of those names and agreed or approved for the time being by or on behalf of the Secretary of State, for the purpose of arrangements made by the Secretary of State with the company under section 2 of the Employment and Training Act 1973^f1 or under sections 12(1) and 12(2) of the Industrial Development Act 1982^f2, or under both those Acts.
