Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Transcripts of Criminal Proceedings (Scotland) Amendment Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st August 1995.

In this Order “the principal Order” means the Transcripts of Criminal Proceedings (Scotland) Order 1993^f1.
