# The Transcripts of Criminal Proceedings (Scotland) Amendment Order 1995, Introduction: Introductory text


CRIMINAL LAW, SCOTLAND
Made 10th July 1995
Laid before Parliament 11th July 1995
Coming into force 1st August 1995
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by subsection (3) of section 275 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consulting the Lord Justice General in accordance with that subsection, hereby makes the following Order:
