# The Transfer of Functions (Arts and Libraries) Order 1979, Article 4


The functions of the Secretary of State under section 324 of the Public Health Act 1936 so far as they are exercisable by virtue of section 10(5) of the Act of 1964 and are so exercisable in relation to England are hereby transferred to the Chancellor.
