  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order transfers to the Lord Chancellor certain functions of the Secretary of State relating to the Asylum Support Adjudicators. It also makes supplemental provision in connection with the transfer.\nArticle 3 transfers to the Lord Chancellor the functions under section 104 of and Schedule 10 to the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (“the 1999 Act”).\nArticle 4 makes supplemental provision in relation to the transfer of functions effected by Article 3.\nArticle 5 makes Schedule 10 to the 1999 Act a protected function of the Lord Chancellor under the Constitutional Reform Act 2005.\nArticle 6 makes consequential amendments to the 1999 Act and the Asylum Support Appeals (Procedure) Rules 2000.\nA full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
