# The Transfer of Functions (Equality) Order 2007, Paragraph 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 11 (short title, interpretation and extent), after subsection (2A) insert—
“(2B) In this Act “the Minister” means the Lord Privy Seal.”.
