# The Transfer of Functions (Financial Services) Order 1992, Article 4: Functions to be exercisable jointly by the Secretary of State and the Treasury


The functions of the Secretary of State mentioned in Schedule 2 to this Order shall be exercisable by the Secretary of State jointly with the Treasury.
