# The Transfer of Functions (Financial Services) Order 1992, Article 5: Functions to be exercisable by the Secretary of State and the Treasury concurrently


The functions of the Secretary of State mentioned in Schedule 3 to this Order shall be exercisable by the Secretary of State and the Treasury concurrently.
