  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order in Council, made under the Ministers of the Crown Act 1975, provides for the Treasury’s function of certifying overseas allowances for Crown servants under section 319 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 to be exercisable concurrently with the Ministers listed in article 2(1).",
