  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Transfer of Functions (Inner City Task Forces) Order 1992.\n(2) In this Order “the inner city functions” means such of the functions of the Secretary of State relating to Inner City Task Forces as were previously entrusted to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry and have been entrusted to the Secretary of State for the Environment before the making of this Order.\n(3) This Order shall come into force on 6th July 1992.",
