  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order makes provision in connection with the entrusting to the Secretary of State for the Environment of the functions relating to Inner City Task Forces which were previously entrusted to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry.\nThe Order transfers to the Secretary of State for the Environment the property, rights and liabilities to which the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry is entitled or subject in connection with those functions.\nThe Order also makes supplemental and consequential provision in relation to the transfers.",
