Article 4 Transfer of property, &c.

Subject to paragraph (2), all property, rights and liabilities to which the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs is entitled or subject at the coming into force of this Order in connection with the international development functions are hereby transferred to the Secretary of State for International Development.

Paragraph (1) shall not have effect in relation to immovable property.
