# The Transfer of Functions (Miscellaneous) Order 2001, Paragraph 3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In Section 1(2) of the Chartered Associations (Protection of Names and Uniforms) Act 1926 (application for protection of name, uniform, &c. of chartered institution) for the words “Secretary of State” there shall be substituted, in each place, the words “Lord Chancellor”.
