# The Transfer of Functions (Miscellaneous) Order 2001, Paragraph 5

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 2(4) of the Lieutenancies Act 1997 (consent to appointment of deputy lieutenant) for the words “Secretary of State” there shall be substituted the words “Lord Chancellor”.
