# The Transfer of Functions (Pensions Guidance) Order 2015, Article 4: Validity of things done before coming into force of Order


(1) This Order does not affect the validity of anything done (or having effect as if done) by or in relation to the Treasury before the coming into force of this Order.
(2) In paragraph ‎(1), the reference to the Treasury is to be read as including a reference to the department of Her Majesty’s Treasury or an officer of the Treasury.
