# The Transfer of Functions (Science) Order 1992, Article 5: Change of style and title of the Secretary of State for Education and Science


In consequence of the transfer of functions effected by article 2 above, the Secretary of State for Education and Science shall, as from the coming into force of this Order, be known by the style and title of “the Secretary of State for Education”.
