Article 2 Transfer of functions
There are transferred to the Secretary of State the functions of the Secretary of State for Social Security under—
(a)
the Pensions Appeal Tribunals Act 1943f1, and
(b)
section 315(3) of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988f2.
