  "text": "The maximum amount of money which may be distributed under section 25(1) of the Act under the joint scheme is £140 million (“the scheme amount”). The maximum amount which may be distributed under section 25(1) of the Act in any year is the amount remaining of the scheme amount at the beginning of the year.",
