# The Transformational Grants Joint Scheme (Revocation) Order 2006

This Order revokes the Transformational Grant Joint Scheme (Authorisation) Order 2005 which authorised a joint scheme entered into between the National Lottery Charities Board and the New Opportunities Fund. Those bodies will be dissolved on the day this Order comes into force and will be replaced by the Big Lottery Fund established by section 14 of the National Lottery Act 2006.

The Secretary of States makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 3A to the National Lottery etc. Act 1993.

## 1 Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Transformational Grants Joint Scheme (Revocation) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 1st December 2006.

## 2 Revocation

The Transformational Grants Joint Scheme (Authorisation) Order 2005 is revoked.
