# The Transitional Payment to Disadvantaged Area Scheme (Northern Ireland) 2015, Section 5: Applications


(1) An application for the transitional payment shall be made in such form or manner and shall be delivered to such address as the Department may specify and shall be received by the Department before the date specified in Article 4 (c).
(2) An applicant shall furnish all such information relating to the application as the Department may specify or from time to time require in writing.
