# The Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies Regulations 2006, Paragraph 13: Multiple flocks on a holding

Extent: E+W
Status: prospective

Where more than one flock is kept on a single holding, the Secretary of State may limit a notice under paragraphs 6(2) or 7 to an individual flock in accordance with point 2(b)(iii) of Annex VII to the Community TSE Regulation.
