# The Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies Regulations 2006, Paragraph 18: Time of movement restrictions

For the purposes of point 8 of Annex VII to the Community TSE Regulation the relevant dates shall be established by the Secretary of State giving written notification of those dates to the occupier of the holding.
