# The Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies Regulations 2006, Paragraph 20: Placing on the market of progeny of BSE affected sheep and goats

Extent: E+W
Status: prospective

Any person who places on the market any BSE affected sheep or goat in contravention of Article 15(2) of the Community TSE Regulation and Chapter B of Annex VIII to that Regulation is guilty of an offence.
