# The Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies Regulations 2006, Paragraph 14: Change in use of equipment

Status: prospective

It is an offence to use equipment used to produce feedingstuffs for non-ruminant animals under paragraphs 8, 10 or 12, for the production of feedingstuffs for ruminant animals, unless authorised in writing by an inspector.
