# The Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies Regulations 2006, Paragraph 12: Removal of specified risk material at a cutting plant

The occupier of an authorised cutting plant commits an offence unless he removes all specified risk material to which his authorisation relates as soon as reasonably practicable after arrival and in any event before the meat is removed from the premises.
