# Transport Act 1962, Paragraph 3


In subsection (8) of section thirty-four, for references to the Secretary of State and the Central Arbitration Committee there shall be substituted, in relation to service in Northern Ireland, references to the Ministry of Labour and National Insurance for Northern Ireland and to an industrial court established in Northern Ireland under the Industrial Courts Act 1919.
