# Transport Act 1962, Paragraph 4


In subsection (2) of section seventy-two, the reference to the Secretary of State shall, in relation to agreements affecting persons employed by the Board or the Holding Company in Northern Ireland, include a reference to the Ministry of Labour and National Insurance for Northern Ireland.
