# Transport Act 1962, Paragraph 2


In paragraph (c) of the proviso to subsection (4) of section five and in paragraph (c) of the proviso to subsection (4) of section eight (which relate to objections to proposals to carry out coast protection work) for the reference to the Commission there shall be substituted a reference to any of the Boards.
