  "text": "A.Provisions brought into force by the Minister of Transport and the Secretary of State acting jointly\nInPart IXof the Act.\nSections 126 to 129.\nSection 130 in so far as it was not brought into force by the Transport Act 1968 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1968.\nIn the Schedules to the Act\nSchedule 14 in so far as it was not brought into force by the Transport Act 1968 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1968.\nB.Provisions brought into force by the Minister of Transport\nIn Part Xof the Act\nSection 165 so far as it relates to those provisions of Schedule 18 to the Act specified below.\nIn the Schedules to the Act\nIn Schedule 18—\n(a) The whole of Part II of that Schedule (REPEALS IN ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT act 1967 (1967 c. 76)) except the repeal of the words “left or parked” in section 80(1)(a) of that Act.\n(b) In Part III of that Schedule—the following MISCELLANEOUS REPEALS\nChapter\nShort Title\nExtent of Repeal\n1967 c.xx.\nThe Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1967.\nSection 26.",
