# The Transport Act 1968 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1969, Article 2


(1) In this Order “the Act”means the Transport Act 1968.
(2) The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply for the interpretation of this Order as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
